David is the Managing Director of RSK’s Materials and Structures business unit and Regional Lead (UK, Europe and Middle East) for RSK Global Experts. He specialises in managing projects involving the chemistry and analysis of construction materials, as well as consultancy and on-site investigations.
He is the key expert for investigations concerning polymers, paints and coatings, adhesives and general chemicals, and the failure or incompatibility of these materials in construction and general use.
David has prepared expert reports on various matters, and has participated and given oral evidence in arbitration, adjudication and mediation proceedings.
